Welcome to the website of yoga teacher and artist Mary Flinn. Mary received her masters in 1991 in painting and began studying yoga in 1993. Mary will begin teaching in Philadelphia PA this month. For more information please contact www.yogasutraphilly.com .

In 2007 she was Authorized to teach Astanga Yoga by Pattabhi Jois and AYRI in Mysore India. It is in their light that she leads her Mysore Astanga classes. In 1997 she studied in India at the Divine Life Society-Sivananda, received a certificate, and was asked to continue teaching by Swami Madhavananda and Swami Krishna.

Since 2005 she has taught workshops in Costa Rica, Tokyo and Thailand. She was Director and founder of Satya Yoga Center in NYC, directed the teacher training program in 2005 and was co-director of The Energy Center Teacher Trainings in 2003 and 2004. She has been featured in 'Ascent Magazine' Fall issue 2000, by Trish Dalton; Model for Dorlin Kinserly books 'Kundalini Yoga'and 'KISS Yoga' by Shakti Kaur Khalsa. She has also modeled for Ravi Singh in his video 'Higher Power Yoga'
